The box arrived in decent shape, I guess, but the packing inside didn’t seem as secure as I expected. One of the lamp shades had a small dent, and the foam was kind of loose in the box. Nothing was actually broken, so maybe I’m being a little picky, but for the price I thought it would’ve been packed better to avoid any damage.

I had to return a lamp, it was way easier than I expected. Later on I had a warranty question and they got back to me fast too. Maybe they just have a really organized support team or something, but either way, there was no hassle. I’d definitely buy from them again.

We got a ceiling light from kira-home.com for our dining room and I don’t know, it just feels so much better in there now. It’s bright enough without being too much, which was a big deal for me. At night the whole room has this nicer, warmer kind of look and I’m genuinely really happy with it. My husband put it up quickly, maybe around 20 minutes, and we haven’t noticed any flickering or odd shadows. Just really pleased with how it turned out
